We send out all wheatbags via Auspost and delivery times may vary between 3 and 10 days. We offer a flat rate shipping of $10 on wheatbag orders and a flat rate shipping of $5 on eyepillow orders.
We will send you the tracking number so you can keep track of your parcel however if there is an issue with delivery please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will chase it up for you.
At this stage we can only ship within Australia as the cost of shipping our not so light 1kg wheatbags doesn’t work for international postage. However if you’re super keen and money is no issue then of course please get in touch!
We make our wheatbags to the highest quality possible however if there is a problem with your wheatbag and you wish to return it please email us email@example.com . Please state in the email your issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If there is a fault with the bag that is not due to overuse or misuse then we are happy to send you a new wheatbag as a replacement or offer a refund. You’ll be required to send the original wheatbag back to us and once we receive it we will process the refund or send out a replacement. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.
